Called in several prescriptions for myself and two for my spouse. The recording said all would be refilled and available on Wednesday after 11:00. My husband goes to pick them up. First of all, they claimed none were called in for him, which they were. So he didn't get his prescriptions. One of mine is an injection that I must have every two weeks. He was told they don't have it and they don't know when they will have it again. Offered no alternative solutions. I looked just now on the military health Genesis portal. They say the prescription was filled. And...lost one of my refills in spite of not having received the medication. I appreciate having the health benefits that my husband earned by retiring from the military but would like service to be better.

Told it would be ready by 11 on Friday. Drive 30 minutes told they have nothing. They put it in again and said now it will be ready 1100 on Tuesday. Have no idea what disconnect was but wasting my time.

Problem with another person of the same name as my wife, but a different DOB.They are unsure how to fix the problem.Would not give prescription due to different DOB. Eventually got managers involved and my wife got prescription filled.

The pharmacist is always accurate they have great customer service they're always serving with the smile. And they always very concerned for the patients well-being and their medications. The only thing that I wish they would do like Walgreens is call you when you have medication that you haven't refilled that needs to be filled on a Time sensitive basis.

Horrible pharmacy. Or WPAFB is a horrible hospital . Pretty sure it’s both. The pharmacy didn't have my prescription order when the doctor said he put it in. I called the next day and they the said it was in. I asked for the pharmacy number as this is about an 2-hour round trip with wait time and was given a wrong number by the staff. Called the pharmacy number on the website and got the refill computer voice. My other experiences with the hospital have been horrible. This just adds to it. And talking to my peers at Wright.Patt I’m definitely not alone.

Went to Kittyhawk Pharmacy today at 11 AM. to have 3 scripts filled from Kettering Cancer Center. Kittyhawk Pharmacy filled 2 scripts and told me they were on back order for the antibiotic. I ask for me script back and was told a civilian pharmacy could bring it up electronically. I found the antibiotic at the Springboro Kroger Pharmacy. They could NOT access the script. They called Kittyhawk Pharmacy multiple times to have the script transferred to them between 4 and 5:15 PM. Nobody would answer the phone. Kittyhawk Pharmacy is a real pit. If they know they can NOT fill a medication then they need to give the script back to the person so it can be filled else where. Very Unhappy Customer especially since I ask for my script back and was told I didn't need it.

I just went today on a Friday and even though there was a line due to not being able to go inside Covid, it did not take as long as what I thought it would. I got what I needed and under 10 minutes tops!
