“This is a fabulous young entrepreneur!!! Did everything in every way to assist me. Took me home after I dropped my car off, then returned my car to my house when it was done. And the actual job done??? A++++ My car was so filthy due to my 100 lb HAIRY dog, needed to be clay barred due to Florida bugs and even had a tiny ding with no paint left on it. Alllll fixed. Looks like I just bought it. Compliments due WITHOUT RESERVE. I will definitely be going back whenever needed and will tell allll my friends. Ty, ty, ty!!!”

“The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because David Shelton was super nice and help me test drive some vehicles I really wanted. They each drove very nice. I'm very much a Chevy driver and I wanted my husband to visit this location with me. My husband didn't like that the first sales person I met Ishmael was rude and my husband has a preference of a different vehicle brand anyways. Ishmael greeted me and wouldn't listen to my preferences when we first met. Ishmael kept on trying to sell me on something I didn't want, then randomly he left without even saying bye lol like okay ha. I've worked in sales before and I don't appreciate someone not listening to my preferences. If I had to guess, Ishmael was probably annoyed that I wasn't budging on my preferences, but thankfully David stepped in and stated he would help me. I never ripped a business card that fast in my life but Ishmael definitely was parts of the factors that made me not want to visit again. If there was a way for me to give Ishmael just one star and David a five star I would. David definitely will listen to what you're saying so I recommend him over the other. Inventory is a little low compared to other spots so we found a vehicle at the auto mall near Kenwood.”

They shuttled me to and from work, diagnosed the issue and its roots, proposed a fair quote, provided me with a loaner vehicle and got my car back in great shape by the end of the following day. “Anytime you need auto repairs go to Christian Brothers. We have had our cars service their and repairs were fantastic. We did not have to return for the same issues again. The 3 year or 36000 mile warranty (which ever comes first) is a great value and they stand by their word. You will be relieved when you take your car there and know it is done right. We had an issue today with the key fob and Jason walked us through to get the car started. We then stopped at the location in West Chester, OH and they literally gave us a new battery for the key fob for free. Who does that now a days? Do yourself a favor and take your car here for any repair so you will have peace of mind. They have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off at work and pick you up if needed. One less thing to worry about.
