Great customer service. No hidden fees and clear communication. They were friendly, fast, and even washed the car upon return - which was an unexpected but welcome surprise. We will use them again (hopefully we won't need to)

My car was worked on as a result of an unfortunate accident. The hood was creased as a result of hitting someone who turned in front of me. Opening the hood was problematic. The garage replaced the hood and painted it. It looks good and I can open the hood now.

Took my car to caliber collisions and met with TJ and Dave! Awesome people! They helped me fix an out of place bumper at no cost or hassle. Although it was almost closing time, they still took time to make sure everything was in place! Highly recommend!

Some barely speaking English and rude person from this company called me from a referral from my insurance company. I asked if they were certified to repair Tesla’s and he immediately became rude and hung up on me. Unprofessional company DO NOT USE.

Had a tire repair done. Small job but was very informative of the process. Kept me in the loop with ordering parts, inspection, and even gave great advice when dealing with rental process. Staff was outgoing and friendly to talk too. Great experience.

I needed hail damage repaired, and Caliber was an insurance preferred provider. I set an appointment for April 21 and had to wait despite an appointment. Three weeks later, I called asking about the estimate. Today May 21, insurance closed the claim because an estimate was never sent. I have no idea about the quality of work because I can not get that far.
Follow Up - To be clear, there is no mistake about which business. I have the emails from Caliber. Unfortunately, it appears based on Caliber's response that they did not enter my vehicle in their system which explains the lack of estimate.
Update: Without further contact from me, they found me in their system apparently and provided an estimate to my insurance on 27May; however, I'll use another shop.

They say if you want the job done right then to do it yourself. Multiple come back after repair completion. Vehicle was not checked prior to calling us to picking up. Door was rubbing, parts were left off which after 3 months of them giving us the run around I had to buy out of my own pocket to make are van whole again. Upon calling caliber of Xenia they are unwilling to refund what we had to pay out of pocket. Overspray on inside of sliding door and door out of adjustment. Dealing with Kyle is as slow as it gets. Don’t expect updates by phone and definitely don’t believe the completion date they give you because it will definitely be way longer.

I'm always nervous about taking my car in for
maintenance or repair, despite only taking it to the
dealership where I purchased it. It was the very first car that I have ever bought brand new, and while many people buy new at a much younger age, I
waited until I was in the right position to. It was an
amazing feeling that hard work and proper planning
allowed us to purchase and very quickly pay it off in
full. Being in a family with some physical challenges,
having dependable transportation is crucial. We were on our way home from a medical appointment when we got hit in the rear-end. The damage was enormous, in my perspective, but in reality it was fairly minimal. But just like we strive to ensure our children and grandchildren get the absolute best care, it is no less important for our trusted vehicle. Ford recommended Caliber Collision in Xenia to
evaluate and repair our car, and I must stress how
incredibly pleased we are with them. My beautiful car
was restored and the folks there treated me with respect, warmth, and kindness. I am humbled by the imprint of their excellence.
