I am giving zero stars!! But i was forced to push one star!! Terrible experience! I read the other reviews and most were good, so I'm wondering why I was treated bad ! I have been a loyal AT&T customer for almost three years! My account is on auto pay and I've never missed a payment. I went there yesterday too look for family plans and new phones I did not get anything! My husband who is a veteran also has and AT&T account and he paid for my phone. I left and went to T-Mobile and ended up with 3 phones and internet. While at AT&T I was embarrassed and told my iPhone 11 is worth nothing there .The same iPhone I purchased from AT&T AND NOW ITS WORTHLESS! I was also told I had four months left to pay on this three year contract for one phone and one line I've paid 103 a month
I walked in dead set on getting ,two phones and no one wanted to help me or explain my option. I'm now getting my husband to move to T-Mobile as well. Why become a phone salesman if your not wanting to sell someone phones and you tell them there phone is worthless!!DO Not get fooled !!! Always read the fine print and don't expect anything!! From this location ! oh and my phone was in mint condition not a scratch on it . I'already have a buyer. I added pictures of the iPhone 11 I was told is worthless! Oh I left out that I had my daughter with me and she had the same iphone as me. We had two iPhone 11 and no one helped us get anything! I'm still shocked ?!!

Kameron was an awesome help. I needed to shift my existing wifi data plan to a new device (purchased elsewhere). Unfortunately, the new puck packaging was lacking some key steps and information. Kameron helped me research the needed information and get all the important steps accomplished. I really appreciated his time and patience. Being without internet sucks. ?

Such a great experience here. Small store but LARGE on service and support! We came in to get our youngest her first phone since she's headed to high school next year. Yes, we've had a family rule on when the kids get their first phones and the two other kiddos get to vote. Anyway, we stopped into the Xenia store. A great visit with superb support and the selection was just perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back, it was such a great experience. Stop in if you need anything in communications or entertainment. You'll be glad you did.

Alex was a life saver. Suffered catastrophic failure of my mobile hotspot the week before Memorial Day. That is my only home internet and needed for telework. Today, Alex had my account moved over to a new device in 15 minutes. Note: I was sent there by the telephone Customer Care team after they had been struggling to execute the transfer of account to a new device for a large part of yesterday. Would definitely recommend Alex as a proficient and efficient technician. THANK YOU, Alex!

Alex was an amazing rep. He made sure I understood things about my service and bill. He was pleasant and patient. Alex was very welcoming and funny with a great smile. So pleased to have a great experience with him. I try to avoid coming into the store, but I am happy he helped us!

New manager Alex I believe his name was super sweet and extremely attentive on assisting me on starting new service. I was nervous at first as switching providers is not the funnest time but Alex was great. Took his time and went over all the pricing and promotions. Thank you again, Alex! If you are looking on getting a new phone make sure you go and see him!
