I do not care for the customer service at the store. About 8 weeks after getting my phone from here ( moto) , my conversations were dropped continually as I was muted out. Another words, nobody could hear me after about 2 minutes into the call. Obviously, I could not deal with customer service on the phone so I went to the store here in town where I bought it. So the guy just really didn't want to help very much. He claimed that I was accidentally putting it on mute. He looked at my settings for a couple minutes. We try to test call and it does it again. After two more tries he said well it's probably okay now. No it's not okay and I'm still having problems with it. I would not recommend boost at all. I definitely would not recommend you especially buy anything at the store in Xenia as they do not care if your phone works or not after they get your money
