Ive been dealing with with buckmans now called harley davidson of xiena for 10yrs plus, i can say the parts guy have become more welcoming and nicer over the yrs. i own Hawks Auto & Cycle Service Center LLC, I just tryed to order parts over the phone with payment included, and was told they no longer do this well i dont know why they wouldnt thats the stupiest thing ive ever heard once the parts are paid for whats the difference, they want me to come in and pay in person, there 25mins away from my shop so that dosent work for me, Well lets just say they wont ever get any business from me any longer, Just ordered parts through buckeye hassle free no problems.

Had a student bust a TPMS sensor on a customer's '22 Pan America while changing the rear tire. The folks at Harley Davidson of Xenia were very helpful getting the sensor bext day and then programming the sensor once it was installed.

Very friendly staff. Sales rep, Dan, was very helpful and went out of his way to help me. Jamie did likewise, they stayed after hours to complete the deal and ensure I was satisfied. Very good experience.

I have not had a motorcycle in about 3 years and have had 5 Harleys. Recently purchased a 2019 Harley Street Glide Special. Love the bike. I ordered a bunch of parts on the Harley Website. You simply put in your year and model and the portal tells you if it will fit your bike. Well nothing is correct. Derby Cover, Front Axle Nut, Handle Grips, Timer Cover. About $400 worth of worthless parts. Called Xenia to see if they could help. I can understand the parts came from Harley direct, however I thought I would order parts from Xenia and send the incorrect parts back to Harley. Xenia told me I have to come in to order can't order over the phone. Called Buckeye they got me the correct part numbers and ordered them. They are also going to take back my parts I ordered from Harley. I was very close to buying and Indian on this round. It was the fact that they didn't have a dealer near by that kept me with Harley. Buckeye saved the day for me as a Harley Customer. Good-Bye Xenia.

My bike was completely dead with handlebar electrical issues after hitting a pothole on I70. The service department not only got me in first thing in the morning, but they got me fixed and out the door in about 20 minutes. Wish I could have given them more than 5 stars!

Just completed a Riding Academy last weekend. They were awesome in both the training side and the showroom area. Respectful, informative, and the best part is all their motorcycles have out the door prices on them! I highly recommend them.

Went for store shirts and couldn't find my size 4x. Cashier found some special store shirts and priced them for less than standard shirts that were on the showroom floor.

These guy are the best. Had a voltage regular sing its death song on the way home to Michigan after a long ride in the deep South. After answering one question (Are you traveling NOW?), their service department pulled out all stops to find me a regulator, install it and put in a new battery, in the span of just a few hours. GREAT staff, caring staff, just can't say enough about they did to help me out in a pinch and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I've had batteries take a dump in the middle of nowhere twice before, so I know what I am talking about in terms of them making as bad situation as easy as possible. You've got a damned fine dealership service department in central Ohio!
