I ordered photo prints from graduation that was done in under an hour. Went to pick them up and found this kind note inside the envelope! The employees have always been nothing but pleasant and the photo staff is always fast and efficient.

This was literally my experience. I got off and went up to the doors - was confused because they weren’t opening for me. Some red head employee came up to the door - looking like she was going to open the door for me. She stopped to look at her phone. Probably saw it was 7:59am and literally turned around right in front of me and didn’t open the door despite me standing outside in 3 degree weather. Made me wait until 8am. Proceeded to come back to the door and opened it at exactly 8am without a single word. No good morning. Nothing. Never going there again.

They suck to put it bluntly. Called a refill in 940. The lady on the phone said, “Give me a couple hours.”Took my lunch break to pick it up 1230. The pharmacist says, “I’ll fill it after my lunch break around 2:00.”Seriously, not a single car in the parking lot.No one has time for silly games!!Every time i go there they say my old address. I’ve told them I don’t live there anymore. They never change it

My hubby and I have recently moved to Xenia from Columbus, so we had to transfer our scripts to this location. These folks in the pharmacy work hard as h*LL and still manage to give awesome customer service. Short staffed? Yep still keeping those prescriptions coming! Please have patience with these people. They are there for US! Thanks again CVS staff! May God bless you all! ??

Worst place ever. Called to ensure rx was ready had one but not the other so I said “fine I’ll come in tomorrow for both”. Arrive the following day to be told the original rx that had been “ready” wasn’t. How can it be filled and ready today but not tomorrow? Was given the excuse they were understaffed. Not my problem. Perhaps they should look into hiring people with more than a 3rd grade education and who don’t try to cover their stupidity with rudeness. Also check your rx before leaving, they have given me the wrong rx on two occasions. Didn’t even apologize just told me the correct one would be ready in 3 hours. That borders on malpractice on the part of the pharmacy in my opinion. Use them at your own risk!!!!!

Just TODAY, there wasn't a pharmacist all day so you couldn't pick up any scripts, the phones were down so you couldn't call and when the phones worked again, they couldn't give me a number to call the actual store. Only the number for the pharmacy THAT WASNT OPEN and the CVS workers could not answer any questions. The CVS app never works for coupons or scripts.

Anytime there is an issue with medication or a change needed they never call to let you know what’s going on. They are absolutely horrible, zero communication.

The manager of this place is a jerk. I was in a rush forgot to grab my tape for my ups return, thinking they wouldn’t mind a little piece of tape. I was wrong he said they couldn’t spare a piece of tape. Even though a few weeks prior I seen them taping a shipping label for a customer that made the same mistake as me. In reality I’m pretty sure He was just holding a grudge due to their pharmacy, losing my prescription saying that my husband never dropped it off so I requested them to roll back the tape to see my husband dropping it off. I should have left the bad review then..

My family has used CVS for over 30 years. The xenia location makes me want to switch pharmacist. On more than 1 occasion meds have not been available for refills at the time they where due. I believe this location is overwhelmed and can not keep up with the demand.

Worst ever, came to pick up my meds twice. They said they do not have the electronic ones ready. Came back 6 hrs later and went through drive thru. The girl can't okay what she has done so now come in or wait again behind the 6 cars waiting so that the pharmacist can check her work, but he is busy right now. Sad very sad. Close is u don't have workers that know how to do there job

Nancy at front desk very pleasant and social ☺️ pharmacist Matt n Chris and tech Karleigh, Vincent and the other working extremely hard right now! They are behind and overwhelmed with right aid just closing with our notice....pls be patient with them they ARE doing their best. !!
