Went there to buy candy flavoring. Bottles were very disorganized,. Twin pack bottles were placed to where it was impossible for customers to get to. Plus the 2 bottles that I did purchase were somehow not in the computer. This place needs some major reorganizing.

I have bought chocolate for over 20 years from Cybercakes for candy making and it has been perfect, UNTIL this year. This year, the chocolate will not melt well, it is thick and very hard to dip candy. SO disappointed. Beware!

I have bought chocolate for candy making over 20 years and it was perfect. This year it is awful. It was thick and would not thin to dip candy well. I am so disappointed. I think they must have changed the recipe. Be ware. Your candy will come out looking like a clumpy mess.

I have had a similar experience as the first reviewer. I was very excited to find some Peanuts gang cupcake ring toppers and couldn't wait to place my order. The shipping was more than the products which was one thing that was disappointing, but I really wanted these rings! I've kept an eye on my bank account and I expect it's safe to assume I am not getting my order as it has almost been 2 weeks and no payment has cleared to Cybercakes. I have emailed both addresses on the webpage with no response. I don't think the website is kept up to date either, so it's not a good idea to get your hopes up and place an order because you may not get it :( I'm so disappointed. I like to support small business, but these guys need to get it together!
