The absolute worst DG in this town. It's poorly stocked. The credit card machine never works.. It always smells like weed....it's gotten to the point that my business will be going to Family Dollar or some other store that is NOT dollar general. I absolutely despise that company. NEVER AGAIN. I'll pay the extra money just to avoid giving DG anymore money. No thanks

Manager was rude as I'll get out. The attitude he has is why he has zero life skills and is stuck working at a dollar general. For one he let the door close on me as I walked into the store. Not a good impression. Then tried to tell me I cant go inside with my electric scooter that I use to get around with a bad leg. Also called me sweetheart which was gross. Dude was obviously miserable that day and someone pissed in his bowl of fruity pebbles.

I hope this place gets new management and employees. This place the management is rude and doesn't care about customers. Employees curse all the time and act like the don't care. Management will have you waiting at the front counter to be cashed out for 5-10 mins. Probably under staffed and employees and management are extremely unhappy. I'll go somewhere else.

I use to like going to this store because 1. It was clean and always stocked. 2. The employees were friendly and helpful. Recently I've witnessed some pretty uncalled for attitude from certain employees towards people based on nothing but them being judgemental and rude. I don't feel welcomed in this store and without saying who, just know that it's a manager, really needs to take some training on respect and realize he is no better than anyone else. Im not the only one who feels this way. And btw, way to go on insulting a retired Xenia High School educator. "That maybe so"? No, he told you he was a retired teacher so it is so. Maybe this employee should learn how to speak to people before he continues his career in customer service. The store really isn't stocked well anymore. They are out of everything it seems. You would think with a DG on every other corner in every town in America they would have enough money to hire people to make sure the stores are well stocked. The problem is mismanagement of time and hiring snot nosed kids who are more worried about listening to whatever is playing on their phone while working instead of listening to the questions the customer has and repeating "huh", every time someone speaks to them. Went in yesterday to get something to make for dinner that would be on the cheaper end. Decided to go with the frozen chicken nuggets. Big mistake. They were 2 weeks past date and I hadn’t realized until the next morning. Usually that would be okay but these must not have been stored properly. I woke up at 6 in the morning vomiting and went on for 4 hours straight. I had threw up 9 times. Lesson learned. NEVER buy frozen food at dollar general and ALWAYS check the expiration date.

Buyer beware. I've finally given up shopping there. This has been going on way too long. Getting over charged on average $1 to $2 every time I shop DG is not saving me time or money. For some reason this store almost always charges you more at the checkout for items than the listed shelf price.

Saturday the power was out in half of the store, and the woman who was working was very rude!! Customers were already confused because it was dark in the store, but still open. She was snapping at customers, because you couldn't use cash only cards! She yelled out IT'S ON THE DOOR THE REGISTER CARDS ONLY!! A lot of people left complaining about the conditions, and how rude she was!!!!! So ghetto!!

The Staff Are Friendly Besides That The Stores Has Been Closed So Many Times When It Is Suppose To Be Open. What Is The Point Of Opening This Store On The East End If Every Time A Person Goes To The Stores It’s Closes Or The Shelfs Have Not Been Stocked In Days. When They Are Open They End Up Closing The Store Way Before The Designated Close Time.

Today was the worst, Lisa the store attendant warned me that the 7 people in the back of the store were watching me put in my debit card pin, and said that they are stealing money from the store. She was very rude and yelled for me to not come back after I asked her why they would have customers use their cards without the proper security. She grew even more angry and walked away without giving me my receipt.Usually the service is pretty stellar at this location although the staff can be pretty lazy and smoke outside while customers are in the store. I’ll be making a formal complaint once I get my receipt

The worst Dollar General I have ever been to. The associates do very little work. If you are paying with a card you have to use self check out no matter how long the line gets. The register only takes cash. Every person that works there is rude and when you ask for help you get a huge sigh like you are bothering them. They keep make up their own store hours and do nothing for good customer service. Don't try to call the store either they never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. This store is one block from my home I travel across town to the Dollar store who is more than willing to help their customers. So sad to have to travel when there is one so close.

Hands down the worst customer service. Bought a throw pillow and blanket that was shown as buy one get one 50% off. The self check out was the only thing available and it did not ring up for the sale price. Stood for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come help just for a very rude girl to come and tell me there’s nothing she can do about it. Also overhead another customer asking for an Amazon card and she said “do you see any….” I believe I’ll just take the extra time to drive across town the next time.

Its okay just prefer the dollar tree to dollar general.
The face mask is what i like from the dollar general.
