Staff that called us over an issue and was extremely rude. Flat out lied and made up a whole story that made no sense whatsoever. Sickening that these people could careless about the wellbeing of animals. Do not contact this place if you expect anything to be done.

Please tell me why every negative review is either about the INNOCENT DOG that you carelessly and recklessly KILLED or about how horrible the service is, and how horribly the staff treats people. This company can’t even justify their wrongful reason for killing the dog. Nor can they justify why so many people complain. I see constant responds to the negative reviews, but nowhere in their responses does it ever justify anything they did. People kill PETS and get away with it now? Disgusting. I’m ashamed of the way they operate and ashamed to be the same species as those who do this horrible stuff. If giving ZERO stars was at all possible, I’d do it.

Great officers with excellent professionalism and superior empathy for the animals and their owners. I really wish the officers in the other states I’ve lived were this good. Thank you Greene co animal control!!!!

We just adopted Raven and Eclipse as siblings for our kitten Cream Puff, they are getting along well! The staff were very helpful and the kitten room is adorable. We went in to adopt one kitten and we left after adopting two.

Has not given any repercussions to an officer who broke protocol and ended an animal, somebody’s beloved pets, life. She strangled him to death, claiming he was aggressive even when footage shows the opposite. This business should not have someone like that working there. She is unsafe

We don't want any big, intimidating not to mention dangerous dogs loose in our neighborhood. Thank you for taking care of the issue. We appreciate your efforts and courage to ensure our neighborhood a safe place for our children and pets. Irresponsible pet owners must face consequences.

We have adopted our dog last month and the staff was wonderful, they let us bring our other dogs to play with our new puppy to be sure that they all got along. It was a great experience. Another girl in our household adopted a kitten and had a wonderful experience, the kitten is so sweet. And then yesterday we had a stray dog in our backyard very sick and the animal control guys came and got the puppy, we wish we could’ve kept her too, but now we have three dogs and two cats so thats probably enough lol. They took great care of our dogs before we got it. It has always been so kind and helpful.

Rude officer as I walk in the door. Him saying over the phone that I can come by at 2:30p, then he was rude when I came in at that time saying a dog could've gone home sooner. Now they are returning said dog back to his owner where he wasn't being taken care of. Good luck Animal control.Since I cannot reply to you...You did not reach out to me. I called you and was happy to give any information I had. But unfortunately you close at 6:30. I was only trying to help a sweet, unhealthy dog off the streets. You say he has skin issues, yes but what about him being completely underweight? I am happy you are going to check in with that owner, as you should. And the "officer" that spoke with me only stated "the dog could've gone home sooner" and did not elaborate. I wasn't trying to make anyone's job harder. Just trying to help a happy dog.
