John Allen House Bed & Breakfast is an amazing and beautiful historic house, offering a step up from hotels. The home is beautifully, historically, and period-correctly decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere where guests can feel the love put into it. The rooms, including The Majestic Suite and the Vouge room, provide the real wow factor and are extremely clean with great mattresses. The hosts are wonderful, sweet, friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, offering top-notch hospitality. Guests enjoy a fabulous breakfast that reminds them of home, and on some evenings, a wonderful dinner complete with wine. The house is quiet and safe, making visitors feel very comfortable and welcome. The location is conveniently right off the Xenia bike trails, just a couple of blocks from the nice bike paths, which is perfect for a bike trip. The price is more than reasonable. This place sets a very high bar for a Bed & Breakfast, providing an unbelievable stay where guests always hope to visit again.
