Unexplained fees out of nowhere, on any account, and when you call and ask about the fees all they say is "I'll refund the money to your account" with no actual explanation. Was told I could get the secured credit card to help build my credit. So I deposited $600 into the account and applied...... Just to be denied which hurt my credit. A while later I tried again and got approved. Now after never once having a late payment, any time I use over 30% of my credit limit, they immediately report it to the credit bureau.... But I've had a zero balance for over a week now and the haven't reported that to the credit bureau at all. And if you max out your card on a weekend, and then pay it off 100%, then use more before Monday...they immediately tell the credit bureau that you have an outstanding balance of more than your credit limit until at least Tuesday or Wednesday. Don't recommend.

I’m happy u can help them out but when I been banking with key bank for 7 years and can’t get a loans is sad. If u have more then 2 inquiries on your credit key bank will not give u nothing. Go to a credit union I got a new car loan and a new bike loan. Don’t was your time with this crap bank

There was no way for me to give zero stars so I did suggest 1. My daughter and I have had the worse experience ever with this bank. Not everyone is banker savvy. Yes I have a degree in Chemistry/Biology and my daughter is pursuing Rehab Medicine. We depend on our bank to be up front and honest when handling the endeavors of our monies. She was supposed to have a student account and instead of fixing the issue, they credit us every month that we feel like calling, waiting and arguing. I guess they felt that they could keep the monies on the months that we didn't feel like calling. Now it is an entire hassle to close the account. Ugh, the absolute worse!!!!
