Broke down unexpectedly in Xenia in my truck. The staff there went out of their way to help me. They were wery knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them . They do more than mufflers.

Called to discuss pricing and discuss my issue and the man on the phone was completely rude and said that couldn't be the issue and it was confirmed from the dealer that was the issue I was just trying to find someone to do the work cheaper poor customer service

Buyer be ware. These guys are thieves. We brought our car there just umber a year ago to install new converters. They installed after market parts that are no longer any good. They are refusing to stand by the warranty because they did not install the proper parts. The spoke to the owner Walt and he said they don’t have a warranty on these parts which is a complete lie. He won’t send us the paper work to prove he installed faulty parts. I would never get any work done on your vehicle at this location. We are from out of state and had an emergency and he completely took advantage of that. This kind of businessman or woman should not be allowed to operate any type of business. DO NOT USE MUFFLER BROTHERS FOR ANY OF YOUR CAR NEEDS!!!!!

Called to get a general price on a muffler. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Apparently if you are a woman, you're an idiot for even calling. ?
