The negative comments here have got to be personal vendettas. I got online to say how amazing their service is. Their cuts are so well done. Their packaging is amazing and they are so easy to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend!

Had many different problems with these folksHad a hang weight of 373.5# and ended up w 120# of meat we were told that newton would give us 52# of meat from somewhere to make up some differences they brought us 48# and then a lot of excuses there was also a mix up in the first pick up they did make that right and delivered itWe also had cryvac issues not sealed some of the meat wasn't sealed at all!!!Goodbye Newtown butchery if you are going to have a business learn how to treat people like you want to be treated

Last time I had a steer done there no problem. This time I took in one and got lots of ground, but hardly any cuts, and the cuts we got were so small. I believe that grinding it is easier than cuts so that's what they did. Before I'd received my meat back I'd dropped off two more steers for my kids. When they came to pick that meat up it looked great, lots of big cuts. The second batch was a whole different world, and I wouldn't be complaining if the first had looked like that. We won't be going back. And their attitude about the problem was a who cares, it is what it is.

I have been using Xenia Meats for over a year now and probably had over 25 head of beef processed there in the last year. They are one of my top picks for processing in our area. They do the best packaging you will find and the cuts are nicely done as well. Their pricing is extremely competitive when compared to other packers in our area. As with any new company they have had some hiccups, but I have seen improvements and they continue to work to improve their operation. They will continue to be my go to for having our freezer beef processed.

I purchased a full side of beef.My order was not packaged to my specifications on cut sheet.When I called they pretty much blewMe off and then would not return my phone calls..In the end they are not gonna make it right.I won't be doing business with them again.first and last time. Poor customer service.On the other hand I've done business with Stehlin meats on Colerain Avenue a few times and I have no c omplaints with them.

We took a steer there that weighed over 1600 pounds hanging weight and received back maybe 500 pounds of meat, 45% and you could tell by the size of the steaks it was not our beef. The owner disputed that we got exactly what we were supposed to. The order was divided into 3, my quarter filled up a small 7 cubic feet freezer a foot from the bottom. The half was to be 562 pounds and it weighed 237 pounds. I received 4 flat boxes for the quarter and the half was also in 4 flat boxes.This was the first and last time we will use them.
