Shout out to Brayden and Caleb for helping me figure out why my battery light was on! Brayden ran a full diagnostic and it turned out to be my alternator. The guys were helpful and helped me get the right one and double checking the fact that I bought mine 3 years ago and it had a life time warranty. Also, shout out to the young gentleman, Justin, who changed the alternator quicker than I could! If you are in Xenia, and have car issues, check this location out!

I went in to get some replacement bulbs for my headlights. What I thought were the correct bulbs, the sales clerk informed me in a seemingly put out manner was that I was wrong. They asked for my car model, to which I replied was a 2010 Prius. The clerk proceeded to say, “Ewwww.” It wasn’t funny. It wasn’t said in a dry humor way. The clerk then finished up by telling me what bulb I needed. There was no effort to help. There was no suggestion on what would be a solid choice.
Being in the customer service industry we need to ensure that our customers have a truly wonderful experience. Perhaps I got the clerk that was having one of those days where nothing seemed to be going well. Or maybe they were just having a bad day and didn’t mean to come off as rude. I feel that regardless of what’s happening, you do what’s best.
I won’t say I’ll never come to this site again, but it sure left the option of going to a rival very tempting.

This is now my go to place for parts. They will order parts and the parts will be there when they say they are, they take time to get you the best deal within your budget, they will beat other stores prices, they are very helpful and welcoming upon entry.

Took my car her because my battery was having issue that I bought a couple years ago. No only was it still under warranty (3 years) but the issue was the connection ring for the battery post was corroded and the guy cleaned out the ring and cleaned the post off with a tool and make sure to take the time to do it right.
