Bought a kitchen table and chairs. This thing was not put together right at all. Plastic still on the chairs and missing screws. They sent somebody to fix it, what a joke, they were clueless, didn't even have a screwdriver

I have waited some time to do this review. I bought a love seat combo in 2020 from Ramseys Xenia. It took 9 months for someone to come and see the problem with the love seat. long story short the problem existed from first day of purchase. I was given a warranty that covered nothing!! Ramseys new maintenance man told me it was a material problem after months of talking to the store. owner said he would help me....NOT. They wanted me to pay $699.00 for a replacement! They should have replaced it from the beginning! nice they are but they do not stand behind faulty products that THEY SELL! I gave away the entire love seat and couch and they lost in the long run because I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR STORE OR CERTAINLY WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I needed a new bedroom suite. I walked in and the customer service was amazing. They delivered my entire bedroom and put it together for me. Amazing people in the store and amazing people that delivered my furniture. Highly recommend!

There really nice people but they do not tell you there policy. Once you buy it it's yours. No policy other than that. So be careful. make sure it's really what you want.

Absolutely the most terrible people far as the owner Mike and his manager. They really cheated my family out of money. They put the wrong payment date and took from our account unauthorized and put us into negative right at holiday times. My wife and children have had to go without thanks to their errors!!
