I have a unit here and recently experienced the death of someone close, I stored the ashes and had to prepare them for shipping, I will just say I was in no mental shape for this, the female employee Monika, I believe her name was, helped me properly prepare the urns for shipping far above what the job requires she was helpful, sympathetic with kind words. What a Job!
She is what we look for when we hire, thank you for the personal touch!

I love Smart Stop! The guy that runs everything really cares. Will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and explains everything as time goes.
