“Products are great, service is excellent and I was very impressed by the Black Friday deals they gave us. My only POSSIBLE issue is that I need to speak to someone who works there but can’t get anyone to answer the phone nor am I able to leave a message. Is there a general system for customers to contact the store? If not, a simple voicemail box or customer contact option on a website would work great. Also, may as well get a website. ??♀️

“I came in the store tonight, Thursday December 7th, and the young guy working with floppy blonde hair was awesome LOL he suggested that I tried one of the Tyson menthol Vapes. (After I asked for a certain type of minty-o Mr fog) they didn't have the type I usually talk, and he suggested this one. And I definitely like it so much! I think floppy blonde hair deserves a raise because he's awesome. I would have went somewhere else to buy a vape if he hadn't suggested this one, and I liked it so much I'll probably keep coming back to your store to buy more.”

“Went in looking for a limited edition vape that I can't find anywhere. The staff member suggested I try a refillable vape and showed me the flavor I was looking for. He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the new type of vape. Price was excellent! I will definitely stop there first from now on!”
“It's not the same anymore, time caught up even in Yellow springs. I wish I could show my son what it was like back in the day at least Phil Man's is still holding on and they sell whipped cream chargers still too. I miss the huge display cases clear full of every gadget and do dab (get it) you can imagine and then a tiny room with a few old tee shirts and a bag sewn with old corduroy pants, now the good stuff is in the back and they have insane $400 glass art that I seriously doubt sells and the whole front of the store is incense and corduroy bags and other hipster garb. I got my first High Times Magazine there thirty some years ago.”
