Very rude a couple years ago when the old employees worked here I never had this problem also they are slow on waiting on people took about 30 minutes to be seen and I was only the 3rd person in line you guys need to do Better edit the bank teller who served me her name was TraceyIn Xenia

Terrible experience- only two cars in the drive thru and waited in line for 30 mins. This bank really should be closed for it’s pathetic service. Btw this isn’t the first time I have waited more than 30 mins. Lobby is closed and drive thru is the only option. Big thumbs down. Thank goodness I bank with the other branch. Otherwise I would consider closing my account as I can’t take this terrible service.

I can only give two stars to this branch although I've had five-star experiences at both the Xenia and Springfield branches. Most banks differ only by location and customer service. This branch has great location for me, but it's undoing is the manager and employee performance (which are nearly synonymous). My five or six visits to this branch could be used to write a case study on performance failure in a customer-service industry. Simply stunning. And this is coming from a normal 60ish Eastern Cottontail. Sadly, I'll likely never set a rabbit's foot in this branch again. Fluffy advises to avoid the frustration and visit the great folks at the U.S. Bank, Xenia branch. Hop on (or hop off if regarding this place) Fluffy Bunny sends 4MAR20: Added in response to the comment by U.S. Bank. I contacted customer service using your outreach process and was referred to the regional manager. However, there was never successful contact beyond that. In the end, the entire incident, although painful, will not effect your business or employees, and I don't care to spend more time on it. My effort to contact you was solely for your benefit and not mine. I remain dissatisfied with the Yellow Springs branch manager and not U.S. Bank in general. The nearby branch in Xenia has been very helpful and is well managed. ~Fluffy

Slowest service ever. With only 2 cars in the drive-thru it should not take 20 minutes. It's like this every time.

Always helpful when I go in to make a deposit. Would be a five star but they have installed led lights that shine right at the customers. Very bright and makes it hard to see. Great customer service even when you go through the drive through. Update: they have fixed the lights
