All the employees that work up front give outstanding service besides one Esther every time I go to the counter she’s on her phone texting and she always makes me feel rushed that’s not good customer service !!

I dread going here because of the stairs. As a disabled woman the trek up and down stairs is nerve wracking. No disabled entrance , or no signs to tell you where it is. I don’t understand how they get away with that considering it’s a federal building.
