Wow, new low in customer service. And quite possibly there like of attention to detail is frightening. DO NOT FILL A PRESCRIPTION HERE! I asked for a refill of a prescription that I had been using for several years. I received an email saying that the doctor had to ok the refill. Several hours later I got an email that the prescription (remember, the one that I requested). I picked it up and when I got home I say that it was not the one I requested. Lucky for me I noticed and did not use it. I called Walgreen's to ask to swap it out for the correct prescription. They were rude, combative and refused to help. It was everybody's fault but theirs. Go figure. They claimed they merely fulfilled what the doctor sent over. What? Even if true, they did not notice that the prescription was different than I had been using for 2 years and, most importantly, different than what I requested? No, just put it in a bag and gave it to me. They did not tell me, they did not notifiy me, they did not question me. I thought pharmacist were medical professionals. Not here, for sure.
