“Everyone there is friendly and kind. Hell i think the emplyees even get along really good with the manager/owner? No matter how many trips they have to make from the register to the coolers. Or how many bags of ice (frozen water cubes),chips, cigarettes, rolling papers or whatever else we forget to tell them wt the beginning. They stay cool, and calm about it.”
“Whenever I stop by to buy lottery tickets, every employee is very kind, courteous and, if there’s no customers waiting, will exchange brief conversation. Their interaction and interpersonal skills are the very best. If my lottery winnings equaled the great service I receive, I’d be a multi-millionaire. Praiseworthy customer service!!!”

“On Saturday March 19th me and some friends stopped in for cigarettes,wine and beer the young man that was working served excellent customer service,we didn't get his name the wine he suggested was delicious, when you receive great customer service that made it experience well worth it, thank you when I'm in town I'll make sure to visit again ... hometown girl living in Cincinnati”

“Rich's corner store is a quick stop for that candy bar, pop, pack of cigarettes, and lottery ticket. They also have a drive-thru where you can get the same kind of products as you can inside the little store. Also inside the stores where you pay for the gas. Always friendly fast service weather inside the little store or through the drive-thru. Has it been a staple of the community for 40 years.”
