“Every time I go to the Fairborn location they are always so nice and explain anything to me if something other than the regular oil change needs done. They always ask if you want an air filter, but do not come across as pushy or trying to sell you things. I feel like they genuinely care.”

“Please don’t have technician ask to change, replace, fill every time you visit you bays. People come in knowing what they want. If there is something major, then tech can be persistent. Also, I do not appreciate your company selling my information to third party companies. My insurance rates went up because of your company!”
“Had my wife drop her Equinox off for an oil change and brakes and have an exhaust leak fixed. Instead of having her wait around for the repairs to be done. The owner took her home. That is what I call customer service. I truly believe Bud's is the best in town and I will continue to do business with them for all my vehicle needs.”
“Original review - 1 star: To begin, I believe the quality of service was good and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the lack of transparency with the pricing. My diesel oil change and fuel filter service cost was nearly $160 more than the estimate I was given for the services. I have purchased several trucks and thousands of dollars of service from Germain Ford but If this is the way I will be treated by this dealership then I will never return.Update - 4 stars: Germain reached out to me and told me that they had indeed overcharged me due to a "glitch" in the system. They not only credited the overcharge back to me but also gave me reward points for the aggravation. I don't know how the overcharge happened but they made it right this time, so I'm changing my rating.”
“Driving through on 70 and heard something dragging under our car. We pulled over and found national pit stop. They immediately made time for us, inspected our vehicle, and fixed the problem within 5 minutes of us pulling in. They truly saved the day! Great customer service.”
“I had a tire pressure warning on my way to take my son to the Ohio State game for his birthday. Of course newer cars don’t have spares at all much less full size spares. This was the closest place that serviced tires. I went there thinking I’d have to let them replace the tires (I knew my tires were old and getting new ones was already on my to-do list) and my wife would have to bring us the other car from our house in Beavercreek and it’d be a big mess and we’d be late for the game. Instead, I told these guys my plight. They had 3 sets of tires that fit and told me they would be done in 25-45 minutes. 30 minutes or so later I was on my way. Still made it in time to grab a quick bite to eat at a tail gate and have my son on the rope line to high five the players as they walked into the stadium. Thank you!”
“They do a decent job with my tire rotation and wheel balancing. This is the only Walmart automotive I take my vehicle to since I have not had any issues from this particular location”
