“I just had double hip replacement and had my youngest child (a mother of premature one year old twins) have to move on the fly and we needed affordable storage fast. We called and got Holly and she is so friendly, helpful and kind. So, I sent hubby to go pay and sign for it as I couldn't go. So, we did this mid month, and a couple weeks went by and I get a text that we were late paying. Here I'm thinking hubby put it on card and it would bill each month and I'd get an email. Well, being only a couple weeks in I had nobidea we were late or that rent is due the 1st for everyone. Perfect, now I've got it. Keep reminding self...'don't forget to pay it on the first' and here we are today, talking about taking a table to the unit and it hits me like a brick.. Today is June 4th!!! I forgot again. I will pay a late fee happily and apologize all over myself and Holly will be the angel that she is. *Note to self: ask about Bill pay or auto payments....anyway, this is one reason I like their facility and people.
