Insurance call center kept giving me a longer wait time after refusing to acknowledge that I already had home insurance and sticking me with their insurance on a loan that isnt even my mortgage on my house.

Went in to withdrawal from a shared branch. One teller sitting on an elevated platform behind plexi, with a counter that sort of juts out between you. So no privacy. A line of people behind me. She asks my name, address, phone number, DOB & to see my ID. OK. Then she asks for my account number. Lady I'm not telling you that in front of all these people when I already gave the people behind me more info than I'm comfortable with. She seems really annoyed that I ask to write it down. Then she asks for the last 4 of my social. She gets even more annoyed when I write it down again. Poor customer service, no privacy & long lines. Worst bank ever.

The absolute WORST banking experience in my entire life. It should be a crime to talk to / treat their customers the way that they do here at this branch. I will NEVER consider Seven Seventeen for any reason in the future. It amazes me that they are still operating at this location. Go elsewhere!

Deposited a check last October and was on hold for almost 2 weeks. Called in, and was told in the future to go into the branch and request the form be filled to expedite the process.Deposited another check (from the same source) 6 months ago. I asked to have it expedited, a form was filled out and I was able to access the funds the same day.Today I again deposited a check (again from the same source) so I went into the branch to have it expedited as they had done before (mind you this was the 3rd check from the same source, and there has never been a problem with the check bouncing to warrant a hold). This time no effort was made to expedite the check. The woman at the desk simply walked into one of the offices and the supervisor or manager said there would be a hold on the funds.If there was some reason the funds had to be held this time, that should have been explained to me. However, as is, I feel like someone just couldn't be bothered to process my request.

I just recently opened a savings acct with them. I went to deposit a check into my savings. The lady Michelle was taking care of me (was not very nice in greeting me) she was questioning me about my deposit and called over Tina (happens to be a supervisor) they were pointing at the screen so I asked what the problem was, Tina rudely while looking at me with piercing eyes told me there would be a hold but she had an attitude and was nasty as if me asking was a problem. If I can’t get good customer service and feel comfortable asking questions about my money then I’ll take my service elsewhere! Tina and Michelle horrible representatives of 717.

The service is outstanding. You are seen almost right away. On this particular occasion, however, I pulled into the drive-thru and waited an extensively long period. After pushing the button twice and waiting I went into the building. I informed them of the situation and they were unaware that the drive-thru lanes were not operating. They were apologetic and saw to my need immediately. I would recommend 717 Credit Union as a place to service your banking needs.

If you have a feeling you are paying too much on your auto loan, you need to see them for an evaluation. The Austintown branch looked at my 2 auto loans and saved me over 250 dollars a month!!! I couldn't be happier. I will never let a car dealer find me a loan provider. I will insist in 7/17!! Thank you for being honest!
