I have had several items altered at this location. Angie and her girls are the best! The work is perfection. The Atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is courteous and professional, and the pricing is very fair for the work they do. I highly recommend Alterations Express for all your alteration needs.

My daughter's prom dress had a very oversized train in the back. The seamstress suggested to take it up some with the ideas of my daughter to have it altered perfectly and she surely didn't disappoint us!! We were very pleased with the outcome of the dress!! Promzilla was happy‼️???????????????????????

If you are military in the Youngstown area this is the place to go. Angie saved my life today. Went to another local alterations place one week turn around and chevron placement was incorrect and bunched. Angie was able to get me in and out same day with the correct placement and no bunching. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Active Duty MSgt USMC

They messed up my granddaughter’s $800 prom gown and had the audacity to tell my daughter they would fix it but they were going to charge her for it! I think not! I knew enough from home economics class on how to do a fix where it would not show and still be fly!!!! Never again will they get business from this family. The only reason they were used was because they were able to have it ready on time. But when they ripped a piece of the dress and claim it was like that …nope!!!!

I paid $68 to get three pairs of work jeans mended (8 total holes, less than 5” each) due to tearing in the thigh/pocket areas. They told me I could pick them up in six days. I pick them up but after 3-4 hours of wearing, the stitching started ripping and the patch completely fell off. I wore another pair, same thing happened. I went back the next day, told them the issues, they happily offered to fix the problem free of charge. This would have been great, until they started ripping again after only one wear!! I’m wearing the third pair of jeans today for the first time since repair (the pair of jeans that had the least amount of tearing) and guess what, these ones are ripping too! These jeans are Levi’s, I didn’t want to spend $70/per pair again but next time I guess I will just buy new jeans instead of going the eco friendly route because I wasted $68 for nothing. I gave 2 stars because the lady who told me she would fix them for free was very nice.

The Staff is always pleasant. They litterly offer any type of alternations you could want. They can save your favorite outfits by refitting and making alterations to make you look good and again adjust the fit to your new size. The common customer area and dressing rooms are clean where you will get the best personal service.
