Snake oil salesman. So many issues but let’s start here. No advertising, damaged goods that cost thousands, refusal of paper work, refusal of payment, says one thing does something different. BBB has been contacted and a formal complaint is being filed. All communication forwarded to our lawyers. We are an estate business very familiar with auction houses across the United States. This guy is a terrible example of an auction house service. I fear for the people that need this service and get this guy. Jeff has no integrity nor ownership of wrong doing. He left during the pick up process and asked us to supervise his staff, we are not their employer so why should we delegate them or keep them motivated? So many issues and once called out on his practices he says “come get the rest of your stuff” after he already transported it damages it and it awaits sale. You wouldn’t believe how they transport peoples things. I can say for certain I will not recommend this business.

We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company! We met with the owner twice before deciding to use them and we were guaranteed (as the Ad says) a "full liquidation". We were left in a real bind when approximately one third of our belongings were left behind (because they didn't bring a big enough truck). We were moving out of state with a quick turnaround and they made no attempts to correct the situation. ("Sorry, we're booked up, there's noting we can do".) We also made a BIG mistake by not standing over and monitoring everything the workers/supervisor did (busy with others aspects of our move). We had things for our trip (paper plates, plastic utensils, paper towels, etc.) on a specified counter, which they packed up and then left the real dishes and furniture behind! We are lucky that they left us our keys. My husband made at least three trips to the auction company (about 45 minutes away) to take what remaining furniture that he could fit in the car. We received no break or compensation for that. Overall just a really bad experience.

Great auction house. Great people. The team of workers are friendly, helpful and always courteous. Good merchandise. Nice little kitchen. Highly recommended.
