Nothing but great things can said about Julian. He goes above and beyond to help all of his customers. He’s great at his job. Layer back. Easy to talk to. Explains everything very smooth and simple to understand. I will be back and continue to be a member of AT&T service solely because of the service this man has given me.

If I was on a family plan since it was cinglar which was way better then at&t their customer service sucks my phone service sucks it keeps disconnecting from the mobile data all the time and they can't fix it if your looking for a new carrier at&t has lost there touch iv been to 2 stores both couldn't do nothing even after adding me on the account didn't even fully check to make sure they just guessed by my conversation if they actually looked I'm on there even talked to at&ts corporate and they apologize ld for there rudeness from the employees but still sending me back to the store to get what I need I refuse the to go to the ones in boardman ohio instead of saying let me see what I can do to help you it was sorry I can't help you. That's it like I wasted half hour in your store for you not to do your job properly. I'd say t-mobile or even go walmart at least I never had a data disconnect from them. Sprint still sucks and Verizon is to expensive with there fees that at&t does as well since they feel there number 1 time to make these new ones and really mint mobile Ryan Reynolds has the right idea I need to see of I can get them in ohio I hear alot of good things about mint mobile
