Smooth process switching over to AT&T.
No issues, every concern or question I had was answered. My dad and I were helped by a guy named Alex who was extremely helpful and never once seemed pushy or forcefull when trying to upsell. He answered all our questions/concerns and made the entire process pretty smooth.
I think its ridiculous the S25 Ultra doesn't come with a cord yet the S24 Fe does but that's a Samsung issue.

Don’t go here, it’s not a corporate store. They lied about the “required” plan upgrades when we got our new phones. Added insurance and upgraded to premium unlimited plan unnecessarily. Also flat out lied about what our next bills would be.

Just stopped by to check upgrade line . Guy was not showing the my screen info the upgrade line.not helpful at all. Looks like not care for business.
Not going again. There is other store.

My daughter and I visited the store to sign up for AT&T service transferring from t-mobile. We went into the store and was serviced by Ashley who did a terrible job on the setup. We came in wanting the military discount bring your own phone discount and the paperless billing auto pay. She failed to select they bring your own device and now the four users on there have to pay $10 each per month extra because of her failure. Repeated attempts to get that corrected failed. I would be careful going into the store make sure you review everything and get the guarantee that everything you wished was selected.

The employees are very helpful! It does get annoying how they have to throw offers in your face to get commission, but that's their job. Other than that, I'm always in and out of this store!

absolutely terrible experience, provided no help whatsoever and the four staff members who took care of me were sarcastic and laughing about me. upon leaving one of them yelled "bye" and all four laughed. the staff includes a young man with long curly hair, one man that looked like the hamburglar, a woman with box dyed black hair, and another man. 9/25/23
