Submitted my wife’s and I deployment orders 10 times over a month. And lines are still not suspended and devices aren’t paid off. Every time I call customer service they give me the run around or try to make me submit another request. Don’t trust ATT.
File SCRA violations against them like I did.

At&t might literally have the worst customer service in the world... Call centers for USA services are outsourced to other countries, it's rare to encounter fluid English, the reps do not hesitate to hang up on issues they cannot resolve, and are more worried about call length than solving immediate issues... I cannot express enough how much I loathe their customer service team... They're unreliable and embarrassing to anyone selling their product.

The people that work here are the most irresponsible multiple cell life forms known to man. It has been said that they are "lower than whale poo, and that is at the bottom of the sea". I am not sure how true that is though. But during my interactions with them there, they are definitely the most worthless humans I have ever met. How are you going to work at a telecommunications company in 2023 and you will only communicate by email, and that is if you can get them to reply. I have heard this building has a severe mold and asbestos problem that could lead to a major sickness running through building, one of the things it can cause is pneumonia or even mesothelioma. If the people working there were decent humans, I could feel bad for them. However, they are not.

Robert Williams is a "manager" here and tried to change the return policy on a phone that had 14 days to return. He tried to tell me that I only had 72 hours and was stuck in a 2 year contract with $145 bill. Got phone on Friday, returned Monday. Read contract to him and he said I was wrong. When he took the call from the kid who had no idea what to do, he apologized for it being early (11:30am) and was tired! When I apologized for it being too early for him, he immediately got defensive and yelled at me "Don't get smart with me!" This is unbelievable that AT&T has such sensitive kids working that are supposed to be professional. Go home from the club earlier! The girl he took the call from had no interest in fixing my problem and tried to sell me DirecTV! If you have a problem with your cell service, not only do you have to fight thru the reps accusing you of lying, but now you have to explain in 3 different languages why you DON'T want DirecTV! A REAL and HONEST manger fixed it so I cancelled my complaint with the FCC. (The FCC will punish these companies, they've hammered AT&T once before for me) Not only did I return that phone but I just cancelled my other line as well! Good Job, and thank you, Mr Robert Williams at the South Ave Call center in Boardman Ohio! (Remember to contact the FCC if they don't hold their end of the deal, but NOT if you're just mad. The FCC doesn't mess around and will handle a legit claim)

An awful call center. The managers hang up on you. At&t are liars. They do not keep the promise they give you at the time of the sale. Careful people and DO NOT DEAL WITH AT&T
