I have the Austintown Auto Spa monthly Ultimate Pass. I enjoy the convenience. I enter my account number and within minutes my truck is sparkling clean. The blowers do a fair job of drying the exterior. I bring my Ego blower, and wallah, the door jams, grill, and wheels are dry as well!

Have been coming for a while for single washes and finally purchased a monthly wash pass. I mistyped my phone number when I purchased so it did not match up when I downloaded the app - I called on a Saturday afternoon and got immediate and great help. Thank you!

I highly do not recommend. It cost $4 to start the car wash then it doesn't give you a warning for when there's less than a min, so if youre not paying attention you'd have to pay additional $4 to finish.

Used a manual bay over a week ago that should cost $4 and have a $15 charge for it. Their contact page also won't let me submit a message.

Car wash was excellent! Instructions were vague. I suggest display them on monitor where you pay.I will definitely use this car wash again.Best part is that it is brushless!
