This place is awesome. Everyone so friendly and wants to help. Chris, Erik, Mark and Brian always greet me and help me get what I need not try to sell me something just to make a sale. I wish more places were like this auto zone. Everyone don't listen to the bad reviews just go in and see for yourself.

This location is always super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, and the employees are always willing to help you. It is odd having someone greet you as soon as you walk in the door but that happens every single time at this store.

I literally just left the Belmont location to request a bulb replacement. When I presented to the young lady at the register, I asked if there was someone on staff who could replace the bulb for me. She proceeded to ask the tall guy in the gray shirt (I didn’t get names) and when I tell you he was so very dismissive of me, never acknowledging me as the customer, just speaking to the employee and ultimately stating to her that he ‘was working on something’. He was at the computer and while I don’t disregard the fact that he was working on something, the mere courtesy of good customer service was not there.
I purchased the bulbs from Auto Zone which they could have verified…I heard him say, ‘I don’t know probably a ratchet, so I’m just going to assume the young lady was asking him about a tool.
As I was standing there experiencing this, I decided to receive my bulbs back and let them know it was ok and that I’d take my business elsewhere.
Poor customer service on that man’s part. Dismissive and uninterested in a consumer’s need.

It was the holiday and I was just trying to get my kids home headlight went out Al and Eric help me purchase an assisted me with the fix i’m extremely appreciative of them in and out less than 20 minutes everyone else cost me a hassle O’Reilly’s auto advance but not auto zone thanks again

Christian always goes above and beyond for his customers. I have so much respect and love for him because he genuinely cares about his customers and tries to help us as much as he can. He stayed more than 30 minutes after they closed to check on me and see if I’m ok. He was even going to give me a ride home if I didn’t have a ride. You can always tell when someone loves their job and is always willing to help. He is an amazing human being, an amazing manager. He was such a help and he was very positive and caring not only is he a kind manager he’s an amazing and trustworthy person. This is my favorite autozone and if I ever need help with my car I will come here. Christian was dedicated, honest and friendly. He even gave me the number to his own personal mechanic. He is so hardworking and helpful. Thank you, Christian!

Chris helped me accomplish my automotive needs, needed stuff to get my car winter ready so I wouldn't have to do any maintenance during the cold season, fresh coolant, oil change kit, and new wipers, ready for the cold season.

Great location the employees go above and beyond.there very polite and very friendly. Location is handicap accessible. They also have most of the items you need on hand in stock.unless its a dealer parts and they can also get them very fast in a timely manor . And they also have a reward program when you spend at least $20 or more each purchase @ 5 purchases you get a reward off $20 in store or online credit . But you have to have your rewards card just ask for it .and also this location is Very neat and well organized. And the store opens early at 7:30 am and stays open till 9pm...Get into the zone!!!

When I need anything for my vehicles, I always go here. Their staff is friendly and always helpful. The store is well maintained, clean and normally stocked with whatever I need when I need it for my vehicle. Always appreciated!
