I stopped in hoping to get a replacement bulb Boo (I think the store manager) helped me find exactly what I needed. It was so refreshing to be waited on by a friendly and helpful person. I will definitely return to this Autozone for my next needed car part.

Employees very helpful in assisting me with replacing the sockets for my front middle row of lights (side marker, DRL and turn signals) on my truck (2006 Silverado 1500 4x4) been fighting with the sockets and rewiring of the lights.

They pulled the fuse. Little did they know the fuse box had to be dismantled before they did it. I was stuck at AutoZone for 6 1/2 hours because of their actions under my hood, my car would not start as a result. The second picture is the mechanic across the street fixing it. That took one and a half hours. Totally destroyed my plans on moving to Maine that day. I was stuck there from noon until 6:08 that evening.

This auto zone is awesome from the store managers to the employees, they are quick, no waiting, at all, The manager Boo is really impressive on how her staff is run, I live in struthers but if I didn’t would still definitely drive there.

Let me just start by saying, you should really rethink your management team. The manager BOO at your Struthers location was rude, she had nothing but attitude from the get go when I asked to speak with a manager and when I'd finally had it and raided my voice, she had o problem going up a tone with me. She them hung up on me. Want good service, honey BOO is not the one to get it from.
