They try to sell a used book without informing the buyer, which is already written and printed and lightly worn,
Interesting part is the used book is just a few dollars lower than new one.

I normally don’t have many problems with this store but the worker that was checking me out on Wednesday 21,2024 at 3pm at the front counter was very rude. (she had glasses and a tattoo on her arm)She cut me off multiple times and seemed very annoyed when I didn’t even do nothing. I won’t say anything rude about her because that’s not right but I didn’t deserve to be treated like that.

I mostly visit the bookstore for some quick Starbucks, and they do have a bit of a different menu than most Starbucks locations and Barnes and Noble cafes but still delicious.
I seldom shop at the bookstore as everything is pricey (Think: $80 hoodies, $5 one-subject notebooks) and even source my textbooks from elsewhere due to the expenses but the store has an appealing setup and I enjoy browsing despite the pricing.

I rented books for the semester here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can order online and have them ready to pick up when you get there. Prices are comparable to other book stores.
