I want to start by saying I love bath and body works but this location the employees are so RUDE!! They’re nothing like the employees in the mall they are more friendly, have patience and don’t hover and let you shop comfortably. But this location again has absolutely rude, unfriendly, unprofessional employees I had three items in my hand the lady asked me did I need a bag which I understand she is suppose to I told her no thank you as I know I was only getting the three things so I’m in the line which had 5 ppl ahead of me the lady shoves a shopping bag in my face “like here you can put your stuff in here and kept shoving it in my face I had to tell her assertively No I don’t need a bag I’m already in check out and I have only three things! I don’t need to be harassed by the employees I’ve worked in retail for 23 years half of that is management experience and I also worked a B&BWs and that is not how you treat customers weather or not you like they way they look. This location is very judgmental and again RUDE! Show every customer the same respect you would want to be shown if you was shopping also for the cashier to roll her eyes and get an attitude cause I wanted to check my app for coupons because i haven’t received none the mail is beyond rude!!! You don’t like your job quit, it’s busy that’s to be expected but don’t make a customer feel unwanted and that’s exactly how I felt.

I'll start this by saying that I don't shop here often. I visited this location at the end of October before Halloween. I was hoping to find some fall/Halloween related merch. What I walked into was all Christmas everything. They were playing Christmas music as well, and the employees were wearing Christmas related name tags etc. They didn't look very happy. I know this isn't their decision, and the higher ups tell them what to put out and when. But it's so outlandish to me that one season isn't even over yet, and they are already on to the next one! What happened to all of the fall stuff? Does it not get marked down? I was very disappointed, and I have also reached out to corporate to let them know.

The plug in warmers don't last and they leak the scented oil. I'm done with them. Won't buy anymore of them.

Love that you can smell this place without even opening the doors ? Most employees are nice, however, the one shorter chick that usually works front with curly brown hair is pretty rude. Other than her, everyone's cool. Love their deals and love being a rewards member. I highly recommend!!

Love this location, staff is always sweet and helpful. I needed to replace my Gingham Gorgeous perfume spray as the sprayer didn't work...I walked in and out in about 3 minutes with a NEW bottle and no hassle!! Thanks so much?

I called customer service because my app resets my store to Brooklyn Ohio ( near Cleveland) instead of Boardman Ohio. We went round and round in circles for her to not resolve my issue at all in any way, and it was obvious that she did not want to. Will not be returning.

Can't say enough about the the exceptional customer service at the Shops of Boardman park and The Southern Park mall. Over the Christmas shopping frenzy I had numerous returns both with & without a receipt and I was treated very kind and had my issues resolved. I appreciate all the grace I received! Thank you all!!

I just wanna say I love shopping at bath and body works been going there for years. I have recently discovered that I have Covid now as to which received from a worker here. As much as I love the store I don’t appreciate the fact that you guys make your workers come in while they are sick and spreading to others. Everyone cannot handle certain sickness and so to prevent spreading let your workers stay home!!! It is your job as a manager or higher staff to figure out other alternatives to keep the day going even if you have to work by yourself. Thank you and I will be calling corporate Monday morning.

Came in on a pretty busy day but it was as if we weren't even there. No one assisted at all. Even when I opened the drawers looking for a product no one even asked any questions. Spent our $50 and went on our way. Will probably choose a different location next time.
