The store overall is very nice but one employee is absolutely horrible. The store itself is very clean and has good products. But while I was there, there was this one girl who worked there who was just rude. I overheard someone call her Sarah (not sure of her last name, just heard Sarah) for any management reading this, you should take action. She was insanely rude, and rolled her eyes at me and my daughter when she accidentally dropped a cap, which I quickly picked back up, no eye rolling necessary. Kids are clumsy and make mistakes, there is no need to glare at my daughter. She also sighed heavily when we exited the store (looking right at us). The other employees were kind and I’d love to come back, maybe just on Grumpy Sarah’s off day.

My kids and I love coming here. 💕 As a single dad of two daughters (4yr and 5yr), they have taught me to be in touch with the feminine side ... we love smelling stuff, trying the soaps, and playing with the new holders. I'm always putting in an order when there's a good sale. I love my candles and room sprays while I love getting new body sprays or body care stuff for my girls. Heck, I even have the strawberry pound cake body stuff for me, too. Lol 😆
I just wish I could get these 20% off coupon mailers (this has nothing to do with the store)
Most of the employees are super friendly. I have encountered one that was very grumpy 😠 😡 😾 but it isn't every time, and people are allowed to have bad days.
I love this store and can't wait for candle day here soon!!

Gotta love bath and body works. Foam soaps, candles & personal products all favs for me. They keep updating with new & fresh scents and lovely products to keep our houses fresh with lovely scents.

Went on December 26th at 11:20am and they were CLOSED!!!!!! really? I had to order online and pay $11 in shipping that I shouldn't have had to pay had the store been open !!!!!

Blonde manager with the first initial B was rude. She ran when she saw us approaching her. The girl with the short brown hair was also rude. Noone asked if we needed anything and everyone seemed annoyed they had to be there. The girl who rang us out was really nice though . The employees at Eastwood are alot friendlier.
