Went on December 26th at 11:20am and they were CLOSED!!!!!! really? I had to order online and pay $11 in shipping that I shouldn't have had to pay had the store been open !!!!!

Blonde manager with the first initial B was rude. She ran when she saw us approaching her. The girl with the short brown hair was also rude. Noone asked if we needed anything and everyone seemed annoyed they had to be there. The girl who rang us out was really nice though . The employees at Eastwood are alot friendlier.

Always a great time in Bath and Body Works as a man growed up in the house with women you know this smelling candles for the house is a must they got the good hand soaps and stuff like that I can't use the colognes and all but yeah good stuff love it

I love their products, but I hate their store at Christmas time. I am a bit claustrophobic and all the women shoving each other to reach snickerdoodle scented lotion had my anxiety up. Next year, I'm either shopping earlier or doing it online.

The worst Bath and Body Works I’ve ever visited with rudest employees. Employees stand around in front of customers talking about other employees and can’t be bothered to answer any questions. Better off going to Shops at Boardman Plaza or Eastwood Mall.

It was busy in the store, but there was a ton of staff to help on sales floor and three registers running. So I might have waited five minutes in line. Very happy with service and the sale that was going on.

Had exactly what I needed and a great deals. They're new rewards program just went into effect so I had a $10 off $30 and I just happened to run out of hand antibacterial. Sorry but even though alot of stores are giving away their supplies I still believe in carrying some with me at all times. So yes perfect store for me to step into. ?
