Back in early December of '24, my car sustained decent damage during an accident. The determination was quick that I was not at fault, however it was very difficult to get insurance to take steps to help me get it into a shop. The car was undriveable.
This is where I have to shout out two specific staff members at Beacon for helping me out.
First, Brandon was instrumental in getting a tow lined up for my vehicle to make it to the shop. I am about 30mins drive from Youngstown, and without his assistance I may still be waiting to get it into the shop as insurance had been difficult to deal with
(both mine and the other driver's). He took control of the situation and made it so easy and convenient to get the process started. He was also helpful in getting me updates when calling to check on the status.
Once the car was in the shop, all of my contacts were met with professionalism and kindness. The second person I have to thank by name is Douglas. He was very helpful in getting me updates to the progress of my vehicle and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my vehicle and parts were set up for quick service. He was one of the regular folks who initiated reaching out to me and was truly a comfort in a time that can be very stressful for most people. While at most places it can be easy to feel lost in the shuffle, Douglas truly added a personal touch and increased my confidence in the shop. Cannot thank him enough for all he did on my case.
All in all, the work was done well. I didn't recognize my car when pulling into the lot since I hadn't seen it looking so clean and new in some time. The guys I dealt with were awesome, professional, and kind. They went far beyond what was necessary to make my experience easy, painless, and stress-free. I would highly recommend their shop for your needs. They also detailed/cleaned the inside of my vehicle before return, which was a surprise. Great place.

Beacon Collision Center in Youngstown was very nice and well managed! they called me every week and updated about my car! very respectful people! 100% recommend this place if you need a car fixed!

Body work ok , but my aluminum skid plates on my truck were stolen and replaced with plastic ones .
Be sure to take video of your vehicle at the time you leave your vehicle with them especially if it’s a truck.
If it was just a theft they wouldn’t have taken the time to put the shitty plastic ones on to cover the theft .

Our second time at Beacon Collision and another great experience. Our car was stolen and it took quite a while to get it there from YPD to Schultz towing to Beacon, but once there they totally understood our situation and got the work done as fast as possible. Thanks to Alysha and her team. I hope I spelled her name correctly! 😂

I brought the truck in because a picnic table umbrella beat the side up in a wind storm
The front fender where they applied bondo
It had air bubbles in it
The door has waves where they sanded out a scratch and fixed a dent
The truck is black you see everything
The engine bay has so much sanding Dust in it should have been cleaned

I had some issues with my car when I got it back. They fixed my issues and even provided me with an alignment which my insurance wouldn’t cover. I was upset but they were very accommodating and helpful. I do appreciate their hard work and I am pleased with the quick and accurate work they’ve done. Alisha was very helpful and was willing to make it right. I am now very pleased and appreciate all their help!!! I understand mistakes and things happen. The fact they righted the wrongs let me know they do care about their customers ! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Did a nice job on my doors but didn’t complete the job well turn my car in with one problem gave it back with a broken handle and lock call them and no answer back
