I had a great experience. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I would've liked it if they could deliver sooner was all. Because not everyone has someone to be home to help them when we all work differently. I understand though it just would be nice.

My experience at Bob’s Discount furniture in Boardman, Ohio was exceptional. Every individual at the store was welcoming and polite. The salesperson I dealt with was Tony, and I have to say that he was very helpful and especially patient as we were deciding on the items we wanted to purchase. An extremely professional, sociable, and knowledgeable salesperson. I would highly recommend that if your looking for an honest and direct person to deal with, Tony is the one.

5 star customer service. Nate was very professional knowledgeable and congenial. He even took the time to measure and simulate what the furniture would like in my room. I would recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture to anyone.

Everyone was extremely helpful. India help me purchase a couch set as well as a dining set and was completely thorough with the information as well as how the delivery and set up will go. They are patient and I highly recommend

Best experience I have ever had.Karlene Lewis was great! Very helpful & so patient with me. Luis Orozco was a wonderful sales person also very patient since I couldn't make up my mind. So helpful with all the information. They were the best!!!

Helpful is a good adjective but doesn’t quite fit this level of service exactly … This was beyond just regular customer service, she was caring about my needs, honest with her opinions, and made me feel heard about my situation for needed furnishings. Guided me to several furniture options throughout the store and gave me her honest opinions on each, letting me ask 100’s of questions and was patient with each one.! GREAT JOB…!!!

Terrible customer service and furniture that falls apart. The warranty is worthless because they refuse to fix the problem. Stay away!

Great experience shopping at Bob's. We knew what we wanted and sales associate Tony was AMAZING! He had a positive attitude and was not pushing us to buy what we did not need. He was patient and had a great sense of humor ? Easily the most relaxing experience we've had shopping and buying furniture. We will be back to see Tony when we need other items for our home. The managers were also fantastic! It's nice to see them working so well with us, the associates and other customers. Everyone was knowledgeable and super kind. Thankfully, they are not rude or extremely fussy with trying to get as much money out of their customers, unlike many other stores in this area. Do yourself a favor and check out Bob's before you buy elsewhere.

Very good selection and easy layout of the store! Morgan greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us throughout our visit and purchase. We are renting our first apartment and she started by congratulating us before directing us of where to browse for what we were looking for, rather than holding our hands and guiding us. She was very understanding and thoughtful. For the rest of our furnishing needs, we will be going to Bob's (and trying to work with Morgan specifically)!

My wife and I love the mattress we got from Bob's. It was very easy to transport, since it came in a vacuum sealed bag inside of a box, and easily fits in our apartment.Our salesman, Andrew Vrabel, was a huge help to us. He was great to talk to and a super laid back guy. He was not pushing us to go more expensive and he laid out all of the facts pertaining to the order. We still communicate even after our order! I recommend anyone who buys through Bob's to speak with Andrew!Great product and great service!

Sales staff is great. Allen greeted us as we walked in, asked as what we were looking for, and immediately explained how the store was set up. He answered all our questions, but let us explore without hassling us. What a great experience. It has been 30 years since this type of service was standard in the retail business. Hopefully, owners of local shops and restaurants will stop by Bob's, meet Allen, and realize how surly and poorly trained their own staff are by comparison.

The actual stote emoyees are great for the sale. But the delivery is a other matter.They forgot my sofa so we had to reschedual that. On the new delivery day I was given a window of time between 815 am and 1145.They call me at 1001am to tell me the tru k left the warehouse late. So they can't meet there window delivery time. So they knew they were going to be late a 8 at least but dont inform any customers. Plus this is a issue they created by not delivering the sofa when arriganaly schedualed.Clearly this store cares very little about providing quality servise once you have left the store.Store management states they have no input or control over delivery. An can offer no help.And if you use the tracking app they use you get computer generated answers and a waste of time for their program can get actual help which is no help.Strongly advice that you stay away from the place of business.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with looking for furniture! The store manager Doug welcomed us into the store and got to know us before leaving us to look around, which made me excited as I didn't want someone right on our hip the whole time. When we were ready for help, we were introduced to Andrew, who was the honest highlight of the whole experience. He was kind, funny, amd really knew what he was talking about! He helped us so much while not pushing us and being very respectful at the same time. If not for him, we probably would have not made a purchase. Thank you guys so much! We cannot wait to enjoy our new couch, and come back for more!

Me and my husband got a couch from them but we couldn’t afford to just buy it and had to use their finance program. BIG MISTAKE. I do not recommend using any finance services from bobs. We got so screwed on our payments and ended up paying SO much more then what the couch is worth. Their interest rates are absolutely ridiculous. Unless you can afford to pay over $1,000 for furniture I would stay away from this place. Also the sales people really pushed the more expensive items which made sense when we later found out they make commission. Terrible sales people to push more expensive items just so they get a bigger paycheck at the end of the day and don’t care what you can afford. Never buying anything from this company! Acceptance now is the finance company used and they are trash. 0 stars if I could!
