Shararr was the most helpful out of everyone I’ve come in contact with the last month. I was charged an extra 35 dollarsthe DAY AFTER paying my monthly bill AND it said thanks for signing up for auto pay. I DID NOT. And I can’t reach ANYONE on 622 since then to help get my money back. But she was able to SEE I am correct and told me call 611 to dispute it. Very helpful she was. 3304 Mahoning Ave. Youngstown Ohio

Omg the lady that was there was beyond amazing we where joking and playing and she helped me the best she could truns out we have the same phone and the same case I decided since I was there my son needed a case for his phone and I needed a case well I didn't need one I wanted one she helped my son put on his screen protector and his case for him she threw away my case box and his the only thing I didn't do was catch her name I wish I had we need more people like her in retail in drive-throughs in the public eye you walk in there and you instantly feel the love and the joy for her job take it from me who has to fake love my job every day if she was faking it she was doing a very good job of it I kept telling her she was my new best friend and I truly do hope that she sees this thank you for making a bad day great
