Boot barn was amazing. Store manager Mikey is the best. He knows all the products. He knows the store and he knows customer satisfaction. Hes so great at his job. I hope he remains the manager there.

Went into boot barn today since I had a gift card for $15, and Kelli helped me out a lot with my purchases. I’m glad to still see Mikey working there. The other tall lady, I think she had glasses 👓 she could be a model. Anyways, I told Kelli that she needs a raise because of how sweet she is and even though she’s older than me, she’s very pretty.

Says they open at 9 on Wednesday. Drove 1 hour to shop. Waited 2 hours. Not a soul in sight and the store is closed with no notice or explanation. Called multiple times, too. Unprofessional.

Went to purchase a pair of twisted x work boots, the kid there working was useless. He pointed to the work boot selection then left. Called him again over he showed me what they had and left. Found a different pair asked him for a size 11 he said they didn't have any. Never offered to order a pair.
Going online and purchasing....never go back

Had a wonderful experience at Boot barn in Youngstown!!!! Alana was soo helpful with my daughter, who was trying to find an outfit for senior pictures…. She gave suggestions and brought items to the dressing room …such a sweet girl she was... This was my first time at Boot Barn … I will definitely go back

I went in here hoping to select a pair of boots. The girl that I asked for help was terrible, clearly not very knowledgeable and definitely not interested in assisting a customer. I ended up leaving without buying anything. They have a ton of boots, but the staff is lacking in interest and knowledge.

Very nice place, with decent pricing. TONS OF HATS BOOTS AND CLOTHING ! Way cheaper than the other local boot store where you should never go unless you NEED 3 pairs of boots.

SPECTACULARY AMAZING!!! I left there crying so happy bc Mindy helped more than I can describe and made sure I left with the boots I needed for work. Won't go anywhere else now!!
