“So I have to be honest… I have been to the other alterations express in Boardman and I was not happy with the outcome. However, somebody suggested that I go to the one in Austintown because they're simply better at tailoring. I didn't have many other options so that's what I did. I met with Beth, who is an absolute riot to speak with and very personable. she told me that she was going to make sure everything was great. I picked up my suit today and quite frankly after going through four other alterations places in Youngstown I think I may have finally found a place that can do tailoring and alterations correctly. Beth is absolutely phenomenal. quite frankly, I will ask for no one else ever in Youngstown to have my alterations and tailoring done. You can have an absolutely amazing suit, but if it doesn't fit right you won't look your best. But Now I have an excellent fitting suit that I can rock at my conference in Paris. Thank you, Beth!”

“I got my dress altered here and the staff was so kind and sweet! And then when I noticed I had a stain they got it dry cleaned for free! If you do go I saw Joyce and she was amazing! She knew what she was talking about and helped me out!”

“I purchased my wedding dress from Jacqueline’s bridal and loved my dress! I received so many compliments from my guests that it was the prettiest dress they had ever seen. It did seem like it took awhile to come in as I ordered the dress the end of November and it did not come in until the end of May, however, that’s likely just the wedding industry and not their fault! I did feel that Jaqueline’s bridal was a little pushy as every time I tried a dress on they would say “is this the one?!” “Are you saying yes to the dress”. I get it, it’s a business and they want to make a sale, but it somewhat felt like that’s all I was, another sale. I would have liked a little more time to be alone with my family to discuss. Overall though, the workers/owners were very friendly and I was very happy with my dress”
