I placed an order via BW3’s website for (4) Teriyaki Sauces and (1) Mild Sauce online for delivery. The total was $32.45 including a $5 tip for the driver.Their web server failed so I was unsure what happened to my order. I called the BW3 location and was told that they only have (3) Teriyaki Sauces for my order.The employee was unsure how to issue a refund for (1) bottle of sauce. I then waited to speak to the General Manager. He said that it would take up to 7-10 business days for a refund of $5.49 which is crazy.It took BW3…..1.73 seconds to take my money and now I have to wait up to 7-10 days for a refund and hope that it is correct.I also asked the manager to include a corrected receipt with my order. Instead, I got an incorrect receipt.I would assume that BW3’s computers take some type of inventory of what their locations have before taking customer’s money. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.Be advised that if you place an order for something that they do NOT have in stock, they will insist that you substitute for something else AFTER they get your money.Update - After waiting (9) days for a company reply or a credit, I have yet to receive a reply or a credit.Maybe BW3 should let customers place an online order and pay them in 7-10 business days and see how they like it !!!!

I won the picks n props contest and they refused to provide me with my prizes. Nobody would ever return my call or email. It’s not the prize I won it’s the principle of the matter. I filed a BBB and an AG complaint

I went to have lunch. An it took waitress a whole hour to get to me I don't know if it was, because I was a black woman or what. Then when they got to me it took another hour for my food. I would not recommend this place to Any one. I believe they are racist.

Are waitress was amazing we walked right in at 11. May 18th. You guys should be ashamed of your selfs making one person run the floor. She had tables, booths, outside customers, she ran her but off. Don’t be so cheap hire another cashier. But the one you had working was amazing smiled thru it and was so polite. I’d come back just for her.

The restaurant is empty and the waitress brings me my check directly after she put my meal down. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything else just assumed I was done.

You don’t close in 35 minutes. Don’t tell people you are open til 12am if you won’t take an order from the hotel next door at 11:25pm. Pathetic. I’ll save my $50 and go get probably better food at sheetz for 1/4th the price.

Disappointing experience with service tonight. We received our app before our drinks. Waited nearly an hour for our food. When we finally received it, the waitress set it down and took off basically running. I was missing half my order. Waited 20 mins and she never returned. Had to walk to the front and ask someone else for the remainder of my food. Took forever to get our bill. We were there over 2hrs and it wasn't even busy.

My best friend and I just left here without even eating. She has a fractured foot, is wearing a boot, and is on crutches. When we first got here it took 10 minutes to get seated. When we finally sat down we waited for 20 minutes and no one even came to get our drinks. We saw several other waitresses attending to people on the other side of the room and on the patio, but no one came to us. We sat there with no drinks. We finally just got up and left. Which we weren’t happy about since my friend has a hard time moving around with a boot on her foot and on crutches. They had a sign on the table saying it was cleaned and sanitized but you could see where it hadn’t been cleaned. There were water rings from the cups still on the table. One side of the booth still had crumbs on it. Plus the floor needed swept. Just not a great atmosphere.
