Horrible experience! Please be more inclusive & train employees & management how to deal with indigenous customers more specifically tax exempt clients! WE DO NOT REQUIRE VOUCHERS! WE ARE PROVIDED TAX EXEMPT NUMBERS FROM YOUR GOVERNMENT! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER! GOD BLESS !

It looked like a dump. Nothing of value for sale. Half the store has been closed off with walls.

Burlington USED to be a very nice store, they had really good quality clothing, coats & more. Now it looks like one giant thrift store w/ low quality coats & clothing. I will never return to this store again. It’s not the type of store that I remember & that’s just sad!

Whatever you do, DON'T do a layaway here! TOTAL RIPOFF!! Better yet, STOP SHOPPING HERE! They REFUSED to refund my cash purchase with receipt, well within 30 days, when the coat I purchased for my 87 year old handicapped aunt for her birthday didn't fit her. Due to her handicap, she couldn't shop with me, so I had to guess on the size. The layaway was only 2 days completed and 14 days in layaway, WELL UNDER the 30 days of their normal return policy. I would have just bought it and returned within the 30 days if the sales clerk would have been honest and informed me when I EXPLICITLY asked for ALL of the policies BEFORE agreeing to go ahead and do the layaway. AND, on top of that, paid an extra $5 for this supposed "privilege." This is a completely underhanded method of stealing customer's money! The lazy manager wouldn't even come down to the registers to discuss it when I asked to see a manager. In 2+ years relocated here in Boardman, Ohio, I have easily spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this store to outfit my new home. At this point, I will NEVER return to this store for anything EVER AGAIN! I was an excellent customer who had spent loads of money with them, and in return for my patronage, they are too CHEAP to return a measly 70 bucks plus tax for a gift that didn't fit a handicapped person who cannot shop for herself. Pathetic, gross, and disgusting customer service. Avoid them at all costs and just go to TJ Maxx/Home Goods...

My son is a big boy and he needed a coat. Their sizes are not true. He tried on a 4x, which was tight around his stomach. Then he tried on a 5x and a 6x. They both fit the same as the 4x did.

I like Burlington but would not recommend this location. They had 1 register open today (Friday) and had a huge line. The girl working to register called for help and nobody came to help her. That's disrespectful to the lady working the register and customer a like.
