“My International 4300 Durastar broke down over the road. It had to be towed to a repair shop. It was a big repair that I needed. I was extremely concerned about what this was going to cost me being I was far from home, far from my mechanics, & having to trust strangers with pricing & repair service. Thank god I landed here at Ascendance Truck Centers. The Service Department staff, Liz, Tom, & Tim were fantastic, very likable. They understood my concerns and worked with me on very fair pricing and gave me a sense of peace, I trusted them (and they delivered). The mechanics, Daniel and Gary, went above and beyond for me. Gary even worked through his lunch and stayed a little past his shift to finish me on the last day I was there. What a team this place has.
