All I have to say is I won't ever work for this company again. Rebeka in HR Was rude towards me and towards another employee. She would rather believe a customer over her employees. She would rather hear one side of the story instead of both sides.

HR and upper management are liars. Little to no communication between them and in-store management. One of the worst jobs I've ever had. Bekah (HR director) is a liar and refuses to respond to important emails. Leo (ops manager) simply needs to retire. His standards and expectations are ridiculous. Forcing people to work 65-70 hour weeks with zero recognition. They refuse to fix safety hazards within the stores such as broken flooring, sinks that don't work, etc. Linda is incredibly rude and unpleasant to talk to. I think Kasey, Frank and Chris are the only people with half a brain in this company.

I have now called about 3 to 5 times and the first 2 times I called a bimbo told me to leave a voicemail for payroll even though there was no voicemail machine. Christina, who is on payroll refused to answer the phone because basic human intelligence is not something this company holds. They are scam artists and they should all be fired for the foul customer service.

Yikes. Major yikes. This is an unpleasant franchise not to be confused with the actual Auntie Anne's company. I've never seen such blatant discrimination in the workplace. Age, disability, medical- you name it. Constant harassment and zero communication. Not even with HR. It's an absolute joke and they should be embarrassed frankly.

Do not work for this company. Management sucks and so does human resources. The operator will answer for you but no one else will answer nor return your calls. You call payroll they dont answer. You leave a message no call back. The lady in charge of HR (Bekah Marstellar) is extremely rude and unpleasant! I dislike talking to her but its hard to get her on the phone to resolve an issue as well. She doesn't return your calls either. This company is a joke!! Worst company I've ever worked for!

Best company I've ever worked for. So far, I've been here 6 years, through 3 promotions. Everyone through corporate is helpful and friendly. Theyve helped me as much as possible even in my personal life. They truly care about their employees. Show them you want to be there and go places with the company, and they will provide those types of opportunities.
