PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH. I USED THE 3 MONTH FOR $30 DOLLARS TRIED TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP IT WOULDNT LET ME CANCEL. I TRIED REPEATEDLY TO CALL AND EMAIL THEM . THEY CHARGED MY CARD $48.05. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO RETURN MY CALL AND MY MONEY.

Mr magic bought them and they went right down the drain, they are disrespectful and down right mean, modwash here I come. Update 10/20/25 No thanks we've moved our 8 monthly washes to mod wash, 2 little 2 late damn shame too was at coats for 35 years with no problems, you own it for one day and it goes in the crapper.

Mister magic car wash in Austin town. I went to on the 3rd of August. The next day I saw all kinds of little scratches on the driver's side of my car. All the way down the side took it back up the next day they took pictures. Am I Vin my plates in my mileage and said no problem. Your car will be fixed now. They're not fixing it, have to get an attorney. Anybody who took their car up to mister magic car wash on August 3rd, please get back to me. I have an attorney and I want something done about my damaged vehicle. It's a 2021 with no scratches on it. What a wasteThey lie and terrible place to go

I have been unhappy with this family of car washes ever since they sold out. The service has continuously gone downhill. It started with them, not spraying the cars before they went into the car wash and my car was not coming out as clean. And it has just snowballed from there. I kept my membership because at least the South avenue location had the interior cleaning which was usually pretty decent. However, now they have discontinued that service as well. So there’s no reason for me to keep my membership. I canceled today. There is literally nothing that sets this car wash apart from the others anymore. And to top it off, they either never have enough spray bottles of cleaner, or they don’t have any at all, and the vacuums are falling apart, and the suction is terrible. Like I said, there’s nothing that sets this car wash apart from any other and it’s just not worth it anymore. I did reach out to Management earlier this year and their response was extremely lacking. At that point I should have canceled because it was obvious they weren’t concerned about keeping customers but I decided to stick it out and after eight or nine months things have not gotten better but only worse. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

This place is horrible. My car is still dirty after getting washed here. This place was great while it was Coates. Please find anywhere else to go. I've included a picture of me writing the word dirty on my car so you can clearly see how dirty it still is after being washed. I called customer service and wasn't able to talk to anyone.

Vehicle does not come out clean! I have a membership I’m canceling because they don’t keep the same date every month and I’m over drawn in my account, they don’t tell you it comes out automatically, they assume customers know that it’s auto pay out of whatever debit credit card you use!😡They seem to skimp on cleaning your vehicle when you have a membership because it’s unlimited washes, I have noticed in my opinion!

I only came here because Coates was a local family, but that all changed. I'm with many others here that the new management doesn't seem concerned at all about you or your car. They are almost always out of rags out by the vacuums. I've gotten marks down the sides of my cars here. And my car doesn't get as clean as it used to.
I've just cancelled our subscriptions on our cars and will be trying out Tommy's in Austintown since they seem to be doing things better. Or I'll just stop being lazy and spend the 10 minutes with a bucket and hose and get my car cleaner than any automatic car wash.

I wish I could have done 0 stars but that’s not an option! Customer service is horrible! My car got scratched and a couple dull marks when the car wash shut down and they’ve done nothing about it.
