Coates is the best car wash in Austintown hands down and that's saying a lot because there are about 10 washes now within a mile radius. Great service, they scrub your car before you drive through, and free vacuums and towels.

Car is always nice and clean after the wash. They have free vacuums you can use also

Went to the Austintown car wash - machine ripped antenna off the truck and dented front fender on my truck. Filled out an incident report and never received a call. I called the office 3 times and they said someone would get back to me. Never have. Turned it in to my insurance and I am now paying to have the truck fixed - $1900 in damages. Definitely will NEVER go to Coates Car Wash again, they don't care about their customers.

The drive thru car wash actually washes ur car, rims r the worst spot I have issues with in most car washes, but this one cleans ur car great and shines it, won't need another car wash for awhile, free vacuums too

Hubby's car always comes out clean when using Coates. Other car washes have the car still coming out dirty.

Was cool but the passenger side of my car is more filthy than it was before I got there.. not sure what happened. Seems like it didn't rinse well. Brushes almost knocked my door mirrors off as well luckily I could close my mirrors with a button.
