Its ok the one lady in the pharmacy acts like she hates her job and to me she seems very rude. And some of the people that work there are clueless on how the computer system that they have works. Like they tell me i have no prescriptions on automatic refill but then on certain times of the month without me doing nothing i get a notice telling me my prescription is ready for pickup and then a day or 2 later its sitting at my door because i have it set up for automatic delivery. So if i have no prescription on automatic refill then how did those prescriptions just get refilled if i didnt go onto the app and request for them to be refilled. So like i said they dont know how to get into the system to remove the items from the automatic refills, because my meds changed and im still getting the old meds plus the new meds and no one knows how to stop the automatic refills of the old meds from happening. So i wish there was a place like a homeless shelter or something on the line where they need meds for stuff where you can take the meds you dont need no more and you can donate them to those places and a doctor or nurse can give them to someone that needs them that cant afford them or that cant get no help threw the system, or they get shipped over to a third wotld country and get used over there where they can be used to treat people over there.

My husband went to the store before closing time maybe 10 - 20 before. The store closed at 6. The lady that worked in the pharmacy walked by him at 5:55 and said they were closed. They did let him cash out but, really they are supposed to let him shop , lock the doors at 6 and don't let anyone else in. Then cash him out. After he leaves they are shut down then leave. He said they walked out right behind him. If thats the case they should have locked the door early but, they are not allowed.

I haven’t had much of an issue with these guys but I have to say after one of my medications was unavailable due to the shortage they really became unprofessional and I saw the reality here.telling me to come to the pharmacy to get a medication for my narcolepsy when she didn’t check whether it was in stock or not. So I drove 39 minutes for them to basically say “whoops!” And that it won’t be here until Monday now.Then Monday I show up and it’s not “sorry for the inconvenience here we’ll help you expedite your medication that you haven’t had for three days” i literally heard her say “absolutely not” when a man asked her if they were expediting. Horrible people. Bobby is the girls name who did all of this by the way. She’s just ignorant in every sense of the word .

Probably some of the nicest and most qualified pharmacy techs in Youngstown, whether it's CVS or another store. Cashier's sometimes leave service to be desired.It's an overall 5/5.If you see my other reviews I think I've only given 4 stars a few times and 5 stars maybe once. Cafe India , check it out.

The pictures I printed were absolutely horrible. Some of them you can’t even tell who the people in the picture are! I will say, I ordered online for pickup, they were ready on time, and the sales associate was very nice. She’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. Be better CVS. PS….My pics below aren’t the greatest but I was trying to not show faces. ?
