Owner is a personable and nice person. She could have made a lot more money on something I requested her to do, but she gave me a cheaper way to accomplish what I needed. She didn't have to do that and could have been paid well by what I didn't know and was prepared to do. I will continue to patronize her business.

Elain is the best! Done all my printing here for the last 5 years and she provides the best personal service with the best prices in Boardman.Additionally, she goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied. I've been treated with respect every time I have gone there with my insanely high printing demands.I am pastor and she prints my newsletters and mailers. She makes her customers her priority.Highly recommend!

Terrible service. The owner is very rude and has a very smart mouth. To be a small business you would think she would be thankful that people patronize a small printer VS a big corporation like kinkos. But she doesn’t care about how she talks to u or underminds you with her words. As a patron I asked simple questions regarding something I’m purchasing and u get snappy and talk down on me like I’m d*** is rude. Obviously this is not my line of work so I am unaware of what I’m asking and then she stormed off after getting frustrated and left me at the counter. I will never patronize her business again and have already told others to not go there either.
